To support our continuous growth in the renewables industry, we are looking for a responsible Office Administrator who will undertake administrative tasks to ensure adequate support to the team of colleagues.

Cadeler A/S is a global company within the offshore wind industry. To support the continuous growth in demand for our services and to strengthen our administrative support, we are looking for an Office Administrator with a passion for working with renewable energy.

The position is based in our office in Copenhagen and offers a great opportunity for a candidate interested in a job in a company in the offshore wind industry.

The job

As our new Office Administrator, you will ensure smooth running of the office administration and assist your colleagues with a variety of organizational and operational tasks.

You will be the welcoming face to our visitors, organizing meetings and events as well as being administrative support to the HR and Procurement teams.

As our Office Administrator, your responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating administrative office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Being responsible for the reception
  • Plan, coordinate and execute events and conferences
  • Arrange flights and hotel bookings
  • Handle conference bookings, hotel bookings for guests and coordinate hotel agreements
  • Assist with keeping our office tidy
  • Prepare for meetings with guests
  • Prepare for new office staff onboarding
  • Ad hoc work for the HR & Procurement teams
  • Update internal documents, files and courier shipments
  • Update SharePoint, Info screens, office supplies etc.

The position is a full-time position reporting to the Head of HR with a dodded line to the Head of Procurement.

 

Successful Candidate

As a successful candidate, you will act as the point of contact for our visitors as well as for employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries with a positive and service-minded attitude. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.

 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is self-motivated and trustworthy. You might be a person who finished High School or Gymnasium and would like to work for a year before starting your studies.  This is an entry-level position and we imagine, that after a short introduction, you will be competent in prioritizing tasks and working with little supervision. You are a strong communicator with a commercial mind, an excellent relationship builder, and you take great pride in and passion for providing timely support.

It is considered a big plus if you have most of the following skills:

  • Solid communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High School / "Gymnasium" degree or similar
  • A “can do” proactive attitude, structured, thorough and quality minded
  • Discretion and trustworthiness
  • Innovative and adaptable, flexible and a self-starter
  • Service-minded with a positive, and solution-oriented work approach
  • Excellent competencies in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fully fluent in English and Danish, both verbal and written

Experience from a previous position within administration is considered an asset but not a requirement. We do expect you to be willing to learn office management tools and systems.
